Our advisors are led by Andrew Zittell, he has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Along with the other members of the client service team, he works with you one-to-one and guides you through the decision-making process, educating and empowering you to make informed choices.
Andrew Zittell, CLU is the founder of Yerba Buena Financial Partners and an LPL Financial Registered Principal. As the firm’s principal, Andy is a skilled financial professional with a passion for helping clients build, protect, and distribute their wealth. Andrew serves as the firm’s portfolio manager and is responsible for product due diligence. A second-generation financial guru, and with more than three decades of experience and extensive knowledge, aides his unparalleled approach to integrating retirement, insurance, and estate planning. He enjoys helping family-owned businesses and individuals who are transitioning from wealth accumulation to retirement and income distribution planning.
Andrew is a specialist in advanced insurance planning and retirement distribution. He is a Life and Qualifying Member, Court of the Table for the Million Dollar Round Table, has served as Education Chair for the San Francisco Life Underwriters Association, and is an active member of several professional associations. He is an author, an ardent speaker and is devoted to the promotion of philanthropy.
Born and raised in New York, Andrew and his wife Mia, have lived in San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years. As an avid mountaineer and an inter-collegiate cyclist, he enjoys local and worldwide travel and adventure. When he’s not spending time enjoying the great outdoors, his hobbies include art, restoring antiques, and caring for critters - two legged and four. Andrew enjoys gardening, reading, and he has most recently been learning the art of archery. He is also active in several communities and volunteer organizations, including Special Olympics International, and Congregation Emanu-El.
Operations Associate Extraordinaire
Amanda Baer (AB) is the newest member of our operations department and we address her as the “associate extraordinaire” at Yerba Buena Financial Partners.
Amanda began her career with LPL Financial, our current custodian in 2013. She served as both a Compliance and Office Manager, gaining the knowledge and experience of LPL policies and procedures. She has the experience and expertise to navigate the intricacies and complex inquiries of operations and client service transactions.
Amanda lives near the mountains in Northern California (Redding) with her husband, two children, and a rambunctious German Shepard. She enjoys all things equestrian, and adores spending time with her family; hiking, boating, kayaking.
